The Leadership Foundations workshop has been developed as a practical learning opportunity for people in leadership or managerial roles.
Participants learn critical leadership skills that form the essential foundations of being an impactful leader. The workshop is a one-day program designed to provide these tools for early career leaders:

Workshop Content
This workshop is specifically designed for people who are new to leadership or managerial roles. This workshop has been delivered annually over the past 3 year to participants from a diverse range of organisations and levels of experience. Sectors like government (human services), early childhood education, retail, real estate, animal health, insurance, financial services and agribusiness.
The workshop is limited to 20 participants to provide everyone an opportunity to actively engage in discussions and address current gaps in their knowledge and skills. Participants consistently provide feedback about how much they value learning in a smaller than usual group.
Pre and post workshop evaluations show the greatest impact for participants has been learning how to:

My unique combination of training as a qualified Social Worker, balanced with decades of experience leading and managing enables me to support clients to develop both professionally and personally. Delivery Options
We work together to understand exactly what you need and how to optimise the impact of my services.
Identifying your specific goals will allow us to work out whether you need a quicker, express support package (3 x 60 minute sessions) or a long term support (like a 12-month program).
For individual capacity building, online options are available.
Where goals relate to teams, group based services are best delivered in person.

Dr Belinda Mawhinney
I am adaptable, intuitive, direct, caring, and supportive professional.
I draw on my experiences of being a Social Worker, manager, strategic leader, and researcher (that’s the Dr bit) and roll this up into my consultancy practice. This means I have an extensive range of skills and knowledge built over 25 years’ experience working in professional services and running multiple businesses.
I offer more than coaching.
I provide a holistic range of services designed to have maximum, long-term impact. Services include training, facilitation, coaching, and project management.
